She is co-founder of the Next Gen Partner Alliance ® created with fellow Law Consultancy Network member Hélène Russell,The Alliance supports newly promoted partners and ambitious senior associates to build the leadership, commercial and people management skills they need to thrive in their roles.

Michelle contributes regularly to the Law Society Leadership and Management Section and the Solicitors Journal. She has hosted a leadership podcast and has been featured as a thought leader in Australian legal publications. Her teaching on master’s programmes at UK universities brings the same rigour and depth to her client work.

In 2025 she won the globally recognised She Inspires Award: Women in Business, One Woman Powerhouse, and was recognised on the inaugural She Inspires Impact Leaders List 2026.
