How do you measure the knowledge in someone’s head?

Most people who work in know how or knowledge management have grappled endlessly with this issue. After a decade working in knowledge and learning, our Helene Russell has yet to find a simple solution, but she is getting closer to a practical answer!

This afternoon workshop is all about how to measure whether your knowledge or know how projects and activities are working for your organisation: learn how to demonstrate the value of activities to your Executive Board; how to encourage participation by showing the value to all employees and how to avoid gaming and unanticipated results.
